La Trobe University AI acknowledgement

La Trobe has made AI Acknowledgements compulsory: in any assessment where the subject permits AI, students must submit an acknowledgement form (Word doc or online questionnaire in the LMS), even if they did not use AI. The form type depends on the level of AI use the assessment allows under the AI Assessment Scale.
