AI Acknowledgement

About this tool

This is a free, independent tool. It isn't run by or connected to any university, publisher or AI company.

Where the rules come from

Every institution page is built from that institution's own public pages: student guides, library guides, policies and author instructions. Each page lists its sources and the date we last checked them. If a source was unclear or missing, the page says so instead of guessing.

Reference formats come from the style owners: the APA Style blog, the MLA Style Center and the Chicago Manual of Style. AGLC4 and Harvard examples come from the university library guides that publish them.

What it can't do

Rules change, and your unit outline can add its own. Treat what you copy here as a draft and check it against your assignment instructions.

Privacy

The generator runs in your browser. What you type isn't sent anywhere.
